Best Graphics Card For $150

10 Best Graphics Card For $150 2022 – Reviews & Guide

A graphics card is a kind of expansion card, it is installed onto the motherboard to set up display adapters and direct memory access channels. Since there are so many different types of graphic cards on the market, you will have a hard time choosing the right one for your computer. Some factors that you need to consider when choosing a graphics card for $150 are size and brand of card, optimum RAM space required, number of DVI-D ports required, and much more.

For the past two years, Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 750 Ti has been our go-to graphics card recommendation for building a budget gaming PC. It’s not the fastest card out there, but it’s a solid performer that should be able to handle most games at 1080p with medium-to-high settings. We’ve also found it to be very efficient and cool running, which makes upgrading to a better GPU easier down the line.

The GTX 750 Ti is no longer being manufactured, but as of January 2016 it can still be found on store shelves and online for $150 or less. In fact, Newegg is offering Zotac’s version of the card for just $129 shipped . That one-time price drop has made what used to be the best sub-$200 graphics card even more attractive.

As for other cards in this general price range, AMD’s Radeon R7 360 is usually priced at about $150, but it can often be found for less than $130 . If you’re looking for something even cheaper than that, check out the Radeon R7 250 . The R7 250X is also available from some vendors , but we’d recommend only getting that model if you’re building a very inexpensive system with integrated graphics instead.

The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 580 graphics card continues the SAPPHIRE tradition of powerful and efficient graphics cards. This latest version comes with an exciting new cooler design, VBIOS tuning to optimize performance and new circuitry to fully extract the power of the RX 580 GPU.

This Nitro+ edition has a massive cooling block slapped on top of it. The metal backplate on the back is nice, too. The card itself is extremely long, so measure your case to make sure it fits. It’s also heavy, so don’t install it inside a case without support for the extra weight.
